Shipping Policy

At Emma Jakob, we aim to make shipping clear and reliable, so you know exactly what to expect from checkout to delivery.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation. Once processed, your order is prepared for shipment and handed over to the carrier.

Transit Time

After dispatch, orders are typically in transit for 5 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on your location and the carrier.

Total Delivery Time

Total delivery time is the processing time plus the transit time. In most cases, orders arrive within 6 to 13 business days from the date of purchase. Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Costs

Any applicable shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number, so you can follow the progress of your shipment until delivery.

Delays

Transit times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, or peak periods. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 3 business days, then contact us so we can assist.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations are only possible before an order has been shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at info@emmajakob.ch.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@emmajakob.ch within 3 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will arrange a free replacement. Full details are available in our Return & Refund Policy.
